Order Processing Time: Processing time for orders at Prime Hair will vary depending on product availability and the complexity of your order:

  • For in-stock items: Orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

  • For custom orders or large/complex quantities: Production and processing time will need longer. We will inform you of the estimated specific timeframe for these orders when you place your order or during the order confirmation process.

Delivery Time: Prime Hair prides itself on efficient shipping, especially on our primary route:

  • Vietnam to Nigeria Route (and other African countries): Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 business days.

  • Other International Orders (e.g., Europe): Estimated delivery time may vary. Please contact our customer support team for specific estimated delivery times for your destination.

  • USA Orders: 7 - 15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination:

  • To Africa: $15.00 USD per kilogram

  • To Europe: $30.00 USD per kilogram

  • To USA: Our standard shipping cost is $5.75 USD (This assumes a flat rate for USA or an average weight, if you'd like a per-kg rate for USA as well, please specify).
